Keyword search fields not displaying in Vaultview

To resolve the issue of "keyword search fields not displaying in Vaultview" perform the steps below.

  1. Clear Internet Explorer history. (Open Internet Explorer, click the tools tab, click Internet options, click Delete in Browsing history section, check all but "Preserve Favorites website data", then click delete.)
  2. Open Internet Explorer > Click the Tools tab > Go to Internet Options (toward bottom) > Click Settings (in Browsing History section) > Click the View Files button > delete everything in the folder (if files are in there, folder may be empty)-the folder displayed should be something similar to "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache"
